[About the general employer action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace]

We formulate the following action plan as a goal to promote the active participation of women.

  1. Planning period
    Five-year period from April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2027
  2. Action plan
    ①Achieve a childcare leave acquisition rate of 50% or higher for both males and females
    ②Acquire 80% or more of paid leaves
  3. Details of Initiatives
    ①We are making efforts to publicize our in-house system, such as childcare leave, and proposing effective methods of obtaining the system.
    Consider a mechanism to regularly check whether the internal system is in line with the current situation
    ②We will ascertain the number of paid leaves taken on a quarterly basis and make them known to employees for appropriate leaves.
