Nippon Micrometal Corporation and NIPPON STEEL CORPORATION were awarded the Ichimura Prize in Industry for Outstanding Achievement in the 44th (2012) Ichimura Industry Prize by New Technology Development Foundation for the development of highly functional copper bonding wire for LSI (“EX1”).
